We are in charge of the real estate market in Poland.

We deal with managing properties located in Poland and we also accept the orders from the owners living abroad.

Management includes individual fixed range of management services to the property owner's individual needs, even execution of maintenance, concierge services, analysis and optimization of costs and revenues as well all the minor issues with the proper maintenance of the property.

Those various operations are performed by our qualified personnel.

We employ high-level specialists for negotiations or technical research of real estate construction.

Our management is conducted based on current law, in accordance with applicable regulations and accounting principles.

The salary commission for the management ranges from 10 up to 15% of the revenues from the property.
