Our company mediates in real estate transactions, especially in purchase, sale, rent and lease of the following properties:

• Undeveloped investment lands for development;
• Real estate projects and investments: wind farms, malls, hotels, logistics centers, residential buildings, warehouses, stores (also in the sea port area), farms, outsourcing centers and offices;
• Commercial and residential buildings and properties;
• Agricultural lands, forests and others, including water reservoirs;
• Airports, golf courses, ski lifts, parks and park ensembles, quarries, gravel pits, brick factories;
• Properties, such as: high standard offices, residential, business, warehouses, industrial halls, industrial buildings, fuel bases, office buildings, hotels, resorts, spas, antic buildings, shopping malls and small shops, old houses, mills, livestock farms, horse farms, mansions, manor houses, palaces, castles and other historical buildings;

The amount of our commission for transactions comparing with medium average market price is 3,69% of the gross purchase or sale plus the value of one month rental or hire.

We also undertake the mediation of other activities, such as document preparation, property division, due diligence, removing legal defects, obtaining zoning, obtaining necessary reviews, approvals and permits, preparation of documentation concerning the carrying capacity of the soil, checking technical and legal status of the premises.

In the matter of law we are represented by a legal counsellor who is holding a position of legal consultant in the organization of real estate agents.

In terms of notarial acts we are cooperating with the best notarial offices in Poland.

We have a professional real estate licence no. 11751 issued by the Ministry of Infrastructure of Poland. We are also insured for civil liability by PZU SA insurance company.
